The electronic land registration program is being promoted, this is done to speed up service, completion time and affordable costs. The manual land registration process takes a long time, so the solution to speed up this service is an electronic land registration system. The implementation of land registration is based on simplicity, safety, affordability, up-to-date and open, so that provisions regarding land service procedures need to be adapted to developments in law, technology and community needs. The aim of this research is to determine the urgency of electronic land registration in Garut Regency, what is the legal force in electronic land registration. The theories used are the theory of legal protection by Satjipto Rahardjo and the Theory of Legal Certainty by Hans Kelsen. The method used is a qualitative approach with empirical normative legal research techniques and uses secondary data in the form of library books, tertiary materials in the form of the problems being discussed. Electronic land registration is carried out for the purposes of increasing Ease of Doing Business at the international level and to improve the domestic economy. The urgency of electronic land registration must be carried out to reach all levels of society, especially rural areas. Routine and continuous outreach is carried out to increase public knowledge in the land sector, including handling information and complaints.
Konrad Manurung Copyright (c) 2024 Konrad Manurung https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-05-04 2024-05-04 4 2 185 200 10.47353/bj.v4i2.301 PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN BIRO PERJALANAN WISATA DI KOTA DENPASAR https://www.ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/304
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Travel Bureau employees in Denpasar City, as well as the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the effect of motivation on employee performance. Drawing upon secondary data from reputable sources such as books and journals, the study aims to achieve several objectives: first, to understand the behavioral patterns underlying corrupt activities among public officials; second, to analyze the rational decision-making processes that lead individuals to engage in corrupt practices; and third, to explore the role of social learning mechanisms in perpetuating corrupt behavior within the public sector. The study hypothesizes that the low level of sanctions, coupled with the preference for corruption due to perceived benefits and the inadequate conditions of incarceration, contribute to the persistence of corruption in Indonesia's public sector. Findings indicate a correlation between lenient legal consequences, personal preference for corruption, and the state of correctional facilities, highlighting the need for comprehensive reforms in both legal enforcement and penal institutions. Recommendations include strengthening anti-corruption laws, enhancing penalties for corrupt activities, fostering a culture of integrity through education and awareness, and improving the conditions of imprisonment to serve as a deterrent against corrupt behavior. This research contributes to the understanding of corruption dynamics in the public sector and provides insights for policymakers and law enforcement agencies to combat this pervasive societal issue effectively.
Patar Tampubolon Mompang L. Teachers, who are Muslims, must carry out their duties based on the message of the holy book of the Qur'an. The ideal teacher profile in carrying out duties and responsibilities cannot appear suddenly but needs to be done with a process carried out continuously and systematically. One of the efforts to foster teachers is based on the values in verse 125 of Surah A nahl. This type of research is a literary category (literature review), a process of actions related to collecting library data, reading and recording, and analyzing materials and research results. This research examines verse 125 of Surah An Nahl, which is associated with the management of coaching teachers in carrying out their duties and authority as educators and teachers. The data collection technique used is a literature study done by reading books or magazines with other data sources in the library relevant to the research theme. Data analysis is carried out with sociological text analysis techniques, namely examining the relevance of the text (verse). Verse 125 of Surah An Nahl is associated with social attitudes and behavior for teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators and teachers so that an ideal teacher profile can be produced according to Islamic views. There are 3 (three) findings of this study. First, teacher coaching management in perspective in verse 125 of Surah An nahl is a coaching pattern that prioritizes a humanistic, contextual, and procedural approach so that it can give birth to an ideal teacher profile in the current era. Second, implementing three concepts in verse 125 of Surah An Nahl, namely bil al hikmah (by wisdom), mauidhah hasanah (good advice), and jidal (debate), in teacher coaching management is not understood in parts and stages but is understood synergistically, proportionally, and realistically. Third, three kinds of concepts in verse 125 of Surah An Nahl, in addition to being used as an approach in coaching management, must also be used as a product/result of teacher coaching management.
Mukhamad Saekan Copyright (c) 2024 Mukhamad Saekan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-05-04 2024-05-04 4 2 235 244 10.47353/bj.v4i2.306 IMPLEMENTASI METODE UMMI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TILAWAH AL-QUR’AN DI YAYASAN TAHFIZDUL QUR’AN AL-FAWWAZ MEDAN https://www.ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/307
The ability to read the Qur'an according to the rules of tajwid is one of the obligations of a Muslim towards the Qur'an. Unfortunately, many Quranic Education Institutions still implement Quran learning programs in a traditional manner that seems stagnant, especially in the city of Medan. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Ummi method in Quranic recitation learning at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Foundation Al-Fawwaz in Medan. A qualitative method with a case study approach has been used in this research. The researcher employed in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies to address the research objectives. The study indicates that the implementation of the Ummi method in Quranic recitation learning at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Foundation Al-Fawwaz in Medan is carried out through Quran Teacher Certification with the Ummi Method, Institutional Supervision, Learning Implementation, Periodic Evaluation, and Graduation. Interestingly, based on the findings of this research, a novelty is obtained, namely an interactive communicative Quranic learning model, and classroom management strategies for learners of various ages. This study provides recommendations for future researchers to conduct research in other fields such as management or leadership at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Foundation Al-Fawwaz in Medan.
Muhammad Ruslan Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Ruslan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-05-07 2024-05-07 4 2 245 254 10.47353/bj.v4i2.307 PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU DI SD SE-KECAMATAN CAKRANEGARA https://www.ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/309
This research aims to find out the role of school principals and organizational climate on teacher work productivity in elementary schools in Cakranegara District. This encompasses stimulating, selecting, and fostering the growth and development of teachers, as well as revising educational goals, teaching materials and methods, and evaluating teaching. The scope of educational supervision is divided into two aspects: the human aspect and the activity aspect. The human aspect of educational supervision concerns the attitudes of all those involved in educational institutions, including teachers, administrators, and other staff. It encompasses issues such as duty, work discipline, work morale, honesty, and obedience to organisational rules. The aspects of activity, as defined by Suwoto, include how to work (how to teach), methods of approaching students, work efficiency, and work results. Three operational elements that must be considered in this aspect are: (1) educational techniques, (2) administrative techniques and (3) coordination and cooperation. However, each aspect of the scope has its own set of realities, problems and hopes to be realised in order to improve the quality of educational institutions.
Sultan Muhamad Sidiq Muslimah Muslimah Copyright (c) 2024 Sultan Muhamad Sidiq, Muslimah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-05-13 2024-05-13 4 2 299 308 10.47353/bj.v4i2.312 THE INFLUENCE OF REVIEW CONTENT AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON PURCHASE INTEREST WITH TRUST AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE https://www.ojs.berajah.com/index.php/go/article/view/313
Today's technological advances have made many smartphone companies try to be at the forefront in order to attract buying interest from potential consumers.
